Heleen Declercq grew up in Merchtem (BE). In 2017, she graduated as a documentary director from RITCS, School of Arts in Brussels. Her graduation film GIRLHOOD was selected for festivals such as Sheffield DocFest, Film Fest Gent and IKL Leuven.
Today, she is one of Belgium's emerging talents, both as a director and as a DOP for music videos, commercials and non-fiction projects.
